Hi all,

I have a need in my extjs application to use an islamic (hijri) multimonth calendar like this one :
http://www.lubber.de/extjs/datepickerplus/, I entered to source code and i saw that it extends the Ext.DatePicker widget, so the questions are :

1- Is there an extjs widget that can satisfy my need of the islamic calendar.

2- If not, i want to know if the native extjs datepicker widget can be extended to support islamic calendar easily enough, if yes what should i extend ?

thanks in advance

DatePickerPlus aswell as all other Date related codes are using the default Javascript Date Object for its base Operation.

According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_calendar the days in month differ (much less than standard 365/366 days a year).

If that is, what you need, some parts of DatePickerPlus (as well as DatePicker) need to be adjusted.
If you just need the Day and Monthnames to be shown in arabic language you only need to include the already existing locale file from the extjs-distribution
