View Full Version : scope of -moz-box-sizing interfering

When including Ext on an existing website some of the global css scoping in Ext is causing layout issues in the existing content.

Specifically the following:

.x-border-box .x-reset, .x-border-box .x-reset * {
-moz-box-sizing: border-box;
}

According to the feedback in this other thread http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?124311-FIXED-CSS-interference&highlight=moz-box-sizing this was going to be fixed by scoping it for Ext components only.

Any updates when this will be included? or advice on how to do it..

Thanks,
Michael

set the Ext.scopeResetCSS property to true (see http://docs.sencha.com/ext-js/4-0/#/...-scopeResetCSS (http://docs.sencha.com/ext-js/4-0/#/api/Ext-property-scopeResetCSS)) that will solve this problem
