View Full Version : IE7 & IE8: element.select broken

Hi,

Running
element.select('> *') on a form, Ext JS breaks with IE 7 & 8 in
function nodup(cs) in the for loop when doing the assignment
c._nodup = d;

The node processed (e.g. the value of c) is a DispHTMLDOMTextNode.

No issue with IE9 (or any other browser I have tested).

Has anyone a clue/workaround ?

Thanks

Bruno

Do you want this thread to be moved to Bugs?

Yes, please.
If I can do it myself, let me know.

One question before I move it: Which Ext version are we talking about?

Ext JS 4.0.1

Sorry about that; I should have mentioned it.

(btw, not a pressing issue on our end. For once we were pleasing the functional Gods, I changed the code by a good old procedural loop over the children and that workaround fixed it)
