I have a button handler on a panel that is part of a card layout. The handler creates a modal panel and then shows it. When I type some text into a textfield on the main panel first and then show the modal panel it remains displayed on the screen and I can even click on it to bring up the keyboard. Once I try to type it goes away.

xtype: 'button',
text: 'Test',
width: '90%',
height: '45',
margin: '10 0 0 0',
handler: function(){
var addItemsPanel = new Ext.form.FormPanel({
floating: true,
centered: true,
submitOnAction: false,
width: '80%',
height: '80%',
id:'testPanel',
modal: true,
hideOnMaskTap: false,
layout: {
type: 'vbox',
pack: 'start',
align: 'center'
},
items:[{
disabled: false,
disabledCls: 'x-form-field',
xtype: 'textfield',
labelAlign: 'top',
labelWidth: '100%',
width: '90%',
label: 'Scan:'
},{
xtype: 'button',
text: 'Hide This',
handler: function(){
Ext.getCmp('testPanel').hide();
}
}]
});
addItemsPanel.show();
}
}
