Hi all,

I find the various licensing options and documents hard to understand thats why I am here to get some clarification; is it so that when I use the Sencha Touch framework I can not sell my mobile app on the marketplace unless I get a paid Sencha license?

The reason I'm asking is about the following text:

"This is the appropriate option if you want to use Sencha Touch to create your own commercially licensed SDK, or mobile application builder."

I'm not building a SDK nor app builder, I'm just developing a normal Android app ;-)

Thanks!

We cannot give legal guidance. That being said, in order to sell an application developed with Sencha Touch, you must use the commercial version. You are in luck because we do not charge for the commercial version. You still must comply with the terms
