View Full Version : Galaxy Tab 10.1 problems, Android 3.1
18 Aug 2011, 10:22 AM
I just bought a Galaxy Tab 10.1 running Android 3.1 (honeycomb). I like it so far, but the sencha.com website does not render properly on it. There are big blank areas where the content should be. I can't navigate around and view things on the site. I wanted to try the sencha touch demos on it.
Things look ok on my htc evo 4g running android 2.3.3.

Same here. Although the sencha.com website works ok on opera.
The Sencha Touch kitchen sink works poorly in the galaxy tab 10.1. Tried with the default browser (works but quirky and there are flashes, some animations don't wotk), dolphin hd (a little better than default) , firefox and opera (both of them only show "sink" in a bluebar)

Did either of you ever find a way to get it working well on a Galaxy Tab 10.1?
It is the first non-iOS device we have tried and it is horrible so far. I am beginning to think all the time we spent creating an HTML5 app that is supposed to be cross platform didn't really pay off. :(

Have you tried the Dolphin browser? It seems to work better.
