I trying to add the toogle effect in the fieldset´s title, like the checkbox´s label, when you click on the label the checkbox is checked or unchecked. How can I do it?

I know this attributes. But what I am trying to do is when you click on the fieldset´s legend the fieldset expand and collapse.
