REQUIRED INFORMATION

Ext version tested:

Ext 4.0.7
Browser versions tested against:

IE9
FF5
Chrome 15.0.874.120
DOCTYPE tested against:

< !DOCTYPE html/>
Description:

When the page is initially shown in IE9 the panels can be resized. If the left hand panel is dragged entirely to the right then resizing stops working - the cursor no longer changes to the resize icon and neither the size of the east nor west panels can be changed. To restore the ability to resize, the panels need to be collapsed. Everything seems to work correctly in Chrome and Firefox.
(also a bit odd is the fact that, with the initial east and west panel widths set to be 30%, the east panel size changes when the west panel is dragged)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Load the code supplied below into IE9 and drag the west panel as far to the right as possible - after this is done it becomes impossible to resize the panel again.
The result that was expected:

panel resizing shouldn't stop working
The result that occurs instead:

panel resizing stops working
Test Case:

<!DOCTYPEhtml />
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="Lib/ExtJS/resources/css/ext-all.css"/>
<script type="text/javascript" src="Lib/ExtJS/bootstrap.js"></script>

<scripttype="text/javascript">

Ext.Loader.setConfig({ enabled: true })
Ext.require(['*']);

Ext.application(
{
launch: function ()
{
Ext.create('Ext.container.Viewport',
{
layout: 'border',
items: [
{
region: 'west',
collapsible: true,
title: 'Starts at width 30%',
split: true,
width: '30%',
html: 'west'
},
{
region: 'center',
title: 'Main Panel',
html: 'main'
},
{
region: 'east',
collapsible: true,
title: 'Starts at width 30%',
split: true,
width: '30%',
html: 'east'
}]
});
}
});

</script>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>
