Hi,

I want to freeze 3 columns in an EditorGridPanel (Version 3.3) so that you can see them all the time when you scroll to the side (similar feature like in Excel).

I tried it by adding locked: true to a column definition, but it does not work.
Is it possible somehow with EditorGridPanel?

{
header: 'MyColumn',
width: 50,
sortable: true,
locked: true,
dataIndex: 'paging',
editor: text_editor
},

Thanx! :-)

Take a look at the locking grid example that uses the locking grid view extension that is included with the downloaded zip.

Thanx for the hint.
I tried to implement it with my grid in 3.3 and realized that in Firefox the grid is kind of "split" (in Chrome it does not show up at all):
In FF the two locked columns are shown and then all the other columns are below the locked columns.
I have to say that I have MANY columns, maybe it's too much for the grid component somehow (and it's an editable grid, may be another reason).
