I find some problem in ext4 buffered scrolling example. while I use mouse wheel to move the scroll bar to top of grid, it cannot arrive at the first record. Sometimes it stop at the 8th, sometimes it stops at the 4th. What is the problem? Is it a bug?

Sounds like a bug. What version of Ext JS 4?

it's a bug if is for 4.0.7(and lower I think), should be fixed in 4.1, didn't check in 4.1 beta if it's fixed.

btw, Mitchell, is it possible to have the fix for 4.0.7 ? or will be only for 4.1?

Our project team is using ext 4.0.6.
Is it fixed in 4.1 beta?

I commented one line in PagingScroller -> onElScroll() and it seems that the problem disappeared, made a few tests and seems ev. ok. For me is not so clear why syncScroll was false....

// dont sync the scroll view immediately, sync after the range has been guaranteed
// me.syncScroll = true;

// dont sync the scroll view immediately, sync after the range has been guaranteed // me.syncScroll = true; Thank you, vadimv. seems to be ok. and if I edit the example. var data = createFakeData(5000); --->var data = createFakeData(20); & store.guaranteeRange(0, 49); ---> store.guaranteeRange(0, 19); the result is still abnormal. Maybe it is not the time to use this component. :(
