How can i do a synchronous store.load() ?

i have a function thats its available over all my app, is a utility function but need some data to be loaded before others methods can use it.

i know theres a event "on load" but i want this load before my whole app runs, so i cant put all the code inside the callback function.

(sorry for my english)

You don't need "synchronous" code...

use the callback function of load() to handle the next logical step in your code...

I am facing the same problem.
I am rendring panels after i am loading data from a treestore. So i need to data to be loaded first and then continue loading my child panels.

Guys any help on this ?

you can hook into the afterrender event (or beforerender - try it...) - then you can load your data, then on success (callback of the load) you can reconfigure your view (adding the panels to the container, loading form data or whatever...).

Have you tried override the url from the store ?
