Pulling URLs in to a popup window

I have been all over this forum and the internet with no luck on how to pull a url page into a pop up window within EXT JS 4. I saw a discussion between Animal and another member but it was pointing to EXTJS 3 and to options that don't appear to be in EXT 4. I've attempted to use an iframe within an autoEl object but it is inconsistent.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone else out there find that the examples that are a part of the documentation are very inconsistent for trying to learn this framework?
