Portuguese Brazilian locale Ext.util.Format is not correct

Ext version tested:

Ext 4.1.0 Beta 3
Browser versions tested against:

Any browser
Description:

ext-lang-PT_BR - Ext.util.Format > decimalSeparator is as '.' and thousandSeparator is as ',', please invert them, the braziliam currency format is 0.000,00
Correct code is:

if(exists('Ext.util.Format')){

Ext.apply(Ext.util.Format, {
thousandSeparator: '.',
decimalSeparator: ',',
currencySign: 'R$', // Brazilian Real
dateFormat: 'd/m/Y'
});

We are in the process of revamping our locale files currently so this may be fixed in a future release with this.
