When executing code below, you will see that load mask doesn't mask form's buttons:

Ext.onReady(function() {
var simpleForm = Ext.widget({
xtype: 'form', layout: 'form', collapsible: true, frame: true,
id: 'simpleForm', title: 'Simple Form',
bodyPadding: '5 5 0', width: 350,
fieldDefaults: { msgTarget: 'side', labelWidth: 75 },
defaultType: 'textfield',
items: [
{ fieldLabel: 'First Name', name: 'first', allowBlank:false },
{ fieldLabel: 'Last Name', name: 'last' }
],
buttons: [
{
text: 'Save',
handler: function() {
mask = new Ext.LoadMask(simpleForm, {});
mask.show();
}
},
{ text: 'Cancel' }
]
});

simpleForm.render(document.body);
});

This same sample works perfectly with 4.1B3
