Hi.
Using : ExtJS 4.07
I'm trying to set treeGrid with row editing.

_treeGridInit: function() {
var self = this;
Ext.state.Manager.setProvider(new Ext.state.CookieProvider({
expires: new Date(new Date().getTime() + (1000 * 60 * 60 * 24 * 30))
}));
this._tree = Ext.create("Ext.tree.Panel", {
preventHeader: false,
height: 300,
renderTo: this.options.container,
useArrows: true,
viewConfig: {
plugins: {
ptype: "treeviewdragdrop"
},
toggleOnDblClick: false
},
rootVisible: false,
store: self.options.store,
multiSelect: false,
singleExpand: false,
plugins: [
Ext.create("Ext.grid.plugin.RowEditing", {
clicksToEdit: 2, pluginId: 'rowEditing'
}) ],
columns: this.options.scorecardColumns,
layout: {
type: "fit"
},
listeners: {
itemclick: { fn: function(view, record, item, index, event) { } }} });

The problem is that I get the edited row on the bottom of the tree (Attached), each click to edit row, change the data on the bottom row. The selected row supposed to highlight, isn't it? bug?

Is there any other plugin (but cellEditing that works ) that I can use for row editing that works with TreeGrid?:-/

Thanks in advance.

There isn't one for the tree but you can try and use the grid one as I have seen others use it.

Thanks Mitchell
I do not remember seeing any example using grid row editing on treeGrid.
When I tried to use it (you can see above) when you click on the root node for example, you will see a clone edited row in the bottom of the tree.
Can you help me pointing to any code example that use row editing in treeGrid?
Thanks.

Hi Mitchell
I upgraded to 4.1 and try to use RowEditing plugin in treeGrid.
It did not work.
The cell editing is working fine, row editing now is not responding at all, when you click to update a row nothing happened.
Can you help me pointing to any code example that use row editing in treeGrid?

Thanks in advance.
