On Windows 7, with build 412:
- Maximize your Architect window and verify that the top/right window icon is the two offset windows (see photo)
- Click 'New Project'
- Notice that the window has been moved down several pixels WHILE MAXIMIZED. Now the app thinks it's maximized when it is not. Note the state of the window in the attached picture below.
- Click the Maximize (top/right) button. Notice that the window fills the screen again but thinks it is not maximized.
- Click the Maximize button again. Now the window does not move, but its icon shows a maximized state.
This violates Windows application rules and is rather annoying.
