Hi All,

I am using ExtJs paging grid. Example of the grid is available at: http://docs.sencha.com/ext-js/4-0/#!/example/grid/paging.html

If I copy the code available in example, evenything works file. I am getting the footer and it shows "Displaying topics 1 - 50 of 6679". But when i implemented my own logic, I am not getting this information. I am not sure whether i need to explicitly supply this information. The grid have a bottom bar, which uses following code.

bbar: Ext.create('Ext.PagingToolbar', {
store: store,
displayInfo: true,
displayMsg: 'Displaying topics {0} - {1} of {2}',
emptyMsg: "No topics to display"
})

Do i need to supply values to the place-holders available under displayMsg config.

You will need to provide this information.

You return JSON should return the total records: proxy.reader.totalProperty
The store will need to know your page size: store.pageSize
and your return records will be based on your start,limit sent to calculate the page.

Scott.
