using Sencha Touch 2.0.1,
Sencha SDK 2.0.0 Beta 3
Sencha Command V2.0.2
Windows XP Prof

Steps:
run sencha app create NewProject
cd to NewProject\Resources
compass compile

Error:
error sass/app.scss (Line 1: File to import not found or unreadable: sencha-
touch/default/all.
Load paths:
C:/xampp/htdocs/TestProject/resources/sass
C:/Ruby193/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/compass-0.11.7/frameworks/blueprint/styles
heets
C:/Ruby193/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/compass-0.11.7/frameworks/compass/styleshe
ets
Compass::SpriteImporter)
identical stylesheets/app.css

Debug
Checked config.rb
Seems to find sdk\resources\themes\compass_init.rb

Related Question - two directories both contain app.css
resources\stylesheets and
resources\css
Which is used by application?

try

cd NewProject\resources\sass

so you are in the sass directory and then do the compass compile.

This works for me:

cd /path/to/sencha-touch-2.0.1
sencha app create MyApp ../MyApp
cd ../MyApp/resources/sass
compass compile
