Editor grid changing column model

have grid with 3 columns of which 1st column is non editable. Now i wanted to make 1st column to editable column with combo box,and currently have 3 rows now i wanted have only one row instead 3 rows,Now wanted to make these changes on run time without chaning native store or column model.

Define several column arrays and use grid.reconfigure(store, newColumns) to change the grid
