View Full Version : Unnecessary spacing between "border" layout items.

Hey, I have a border layout that uses a 'north' panel, a 'center' panel, and a 'south' panel. My goal is to have a seamless transition between the backgrounds of north, center, and south. For some reason north and center flow together as intended, but center and south have about a 3 pixel white-space that separates them. Despite my sincerest efforts I cannot remove this. There are no 'padding' or 'margin' CSS elements instantiating the space, it seems to be created via a spacing issue in the VBox layout manager. Any suggestions?

Here is a snapshot of the white-space:

Is that a custom button that may include it's own spacing?

Scott.

The button does not have a bottom margin.

I was able to resolve the issue by setting the <body> background color. Not an ideal solution, but it works!
