I have developed a small application using ExtJS, it was working fine in FireFox, but the same application was not working in GoogleChorme because the following error was thrown in firebug..

Thanks for your upcoming ideas.. Any idea ??

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'on' of undefined

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'xtype' of undefined

Can you show some code? We are definitely compatible with Chrome.

Scott.

Hi martin,
The issue is resolved when i change the STORE name but i have a doubt. In my application i have 15 forms. while checking those forms, i found one of my form have a store name as status, when i change it to maritalStatus. It was working fine in GoogleChrome.
Code
*****
{
xtype: 'combo',
name: 'status',
fieldLabel: 'Marital Status',
mode: 'local',
store: maritalStatus,
displayField:'maritalStatus',
emptyText:'Select',
selectOnFocus:true,
editable: false
}

Is your store status existing and different from maritalStatus to where it would not work as expected?

Hi Martin,

As i told in previous post it was working good in fireFox but not in chrome, If we change the store object name as status to martialStatus, it too working good in chrome. Why it was working in chrome if the object name is status.

Thanks,
suresh

It could be as simple as not including Ext.onReady() around your code. I can only make a guess since I do cannot see your code.
