View Full Version : DOM manipulation and Twitter Bootstrap

I came across: http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/index.html and it seems very nice and easy to use when providing a front end.

You can customize it to only get the CSS of the CSS+JS plugins. The problem is that the plugins use jQuery and i am much more familiar with ExtJS.

As per Bootstrap docs, it says that it was designed to be mainly a CSS framework, so i was thinking on just getting the CSS and adding and removing classes to my DOM elements. Or will i need to look into porting this as a ExtJS theme?

I might need to use some of ExtJS UI components and i was hoping that just using the components config param: "cls" would be enough to change its look.

Any ideas?

Be careful not to disturb Ext JS 4 stuff. May mess with things that shouldn't be messed with real easy.

Did you ever figure out an answer to this question? I was looking to merge Sencha and Twitter Bootstrap too.
