how to reduce spacing between two buttons

1> Want to remove spacing between two button using .scss .
2> how it will fit over the tool bar or tab panel.

These button I have created on the toolbar.Now I want three thing in this :-

1. Button boder color and width using scss.
2. No spacing in bweteen two button..
3. height of button shuld be same as toolbar height.
