Remove Highlight when clicking a Button

How can I remove the the Highlight when clicking a button , I'm already using ui:'plain', but it does not seem to help. I'm referring to the radial gradient white type image that appears when you click a button.

There is a 'pressedCls' config for buttons where you can define the style for the pressed style button.

Here's a sample. Interestingly it does not work on senchafiddle.com, but if you copy/paste the code and run it on your server, it will work (tested/verified).
