I have tried to figure out the API, but I honestly don't get it with the combination of Domino views. Do you have some examples on how one can build/open a window alla Hello World example on your page, from a viewaction?

Sorry Rune, I missed your post. Been busy wrapping things up on this next release of Ext.nd. Let me see if I can figure out something for you today and I'll get back to you later on.

Are you using window.alert to do the hello, world!? I have noticed some problems using it I think with firefox. Nothing happens. Have you tried something like this:

Ext.Msg.alert('G'Day!', 'Hello, World!');

It works for me (well, after I escaped the single quote between G and day).

Ext.Msg.alert('G\'day!','Hello World');

You could also use double quotes:

Ext.Msg.alert("G'day!","Hello World");

And you could also use our UIWorkspace Prompt method:

var ws = new Ext.nd.UIWorkspace();
ws.Prompt({type : "ok", title : "G'Day", prompt : "Hello World"});
