Ext version tested:

Ext 4.1.3

Browser versions tested against:

Chrome
IE9

DOCTYPE tested against:

<!DOCTYPE html>

Description:

A Radial axis doesn't show labels if aStore is configured with a memory proxy. It works if a Store is configured with a "data" config option.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Just run the sample

The result that was expected:

The "Apples", "Oranges", "Pears" radial labels.

The result that occurs instead:

No radial labels.

Hiya, apparently this bug still exists in Ext JS 4.2.2. According to our engineer the labels and the data lines both go wrong in Ext JS 4.2.2.
