REQUIRED INFORMATION

Ext version tested:

Ext 4.2 beta

Browser versions tested against:

IE9
Chrome

DOCTYPE tested against:

<!DOCTYPE html>

Description:

Selecting December 31 of 2012 gives "2012/01" in the DateField. I expect "2012/53"

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Select 31 December 2012

The result that was expected:

2012/53
A German would expect 2013/01

The result that occurs instead:

2012/01

Test Case:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title>DateField Y/W format</title>

<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="../resources/css/ext-all.css" />

<script type="text/javascript" src="../ext-all-debug.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript">
Ext.onReady(function () {
Ext.create("Ext.form.field.Date", {
renderTo: Ext.getBody(),
format: "Y/W"
});
});
</script>
</head>
<body>

</body>
</html>

Issue has been closed, but I can still reproduce it in ExtJS 6.5.1.345. Here's the fiddle: ISO Week in DateFields (https://fiddle.sencha.com/#view/editor&fiddle/26o9).
