Project Type:

Extjs 4.2.x
Description:

Increase the grid header height and in Internet Explorer the half of the header is blue, when you use Neptune Theme and ViewPort Layout is "border"
Steps to reproduce the problem:

Create a new Extjs 4.2.x project
Select Neptune Theme
Add a ViewPort, assign layout "border"
Add a container, region = West
Add a Grid, region = Center
Permit multiple lines in header: CSS: .x-column-header-inner .x-column-header-text { white-space: normal;}
The result that was expected:

This should work in IE the same like in Fire Fox and Chrome
The result that occurs instead:

The header has the half painted blue
