But i am not able to understand that how to use kitchen sink to create my own app.

Can you please provide me any help or tutorial guide for the same ?

Not sure I understand your request. The sample app Kitchen Sink is not here to show you how to build an app (at least I would not do it that way). But it is here to show you what components the Sencha Touch framework offers and how to use them in your app. For that you can let the app show you code snippets for the components that you are looking at.

To start with ST, I would rather read through the guides here http://docs.sencha.com/touch/2.2.0/#!/guide

It is however possible to build the kitchensink demo as an app :) just create a barebone project with Sencha CMD and place the contents of the kitchensink app in /app. After that, modify the index.html to point to the right path for ST 2.2 and it should work (maybe you need to modify one or two more properties, I dunno exactly anymore)
