I've been looking for this and found a boilerplate for BackboneJS. I'm planning to set the same file structure for Ext JS.

Do you guys have a template structure for files , scripts, and templates?

Check out the Ext JS MVC Guide: http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.1/#!/guide/application_architecture

I (http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.1/#!/guide/application_architecture)t outlines the standard structure.
