View Full Version : Any examples that aren't in one file?

Hi,
I'm struggling to learn extjs.
The best practices indicate that the mvc architecture should be followed as this gives a good separation of concerns.
The problem I have is that the mvc example is pretty basic and all the more detailed examples appear to be define in one file.
Are there any decent examples of complex layouts and components that aren't in one file?

Cheers,
Jaimie

Thanks for the response, but that is the fairly basic example I mentioned in my original post.
I'm looking for something like the examples given in the examples tab, but they all seem to be in one file.

Cheers,
Jaimie

There is an MVC example in the SDK download under the examples/MVC folder.
There is also a guide to go with it posted here:
http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.1/#!/guide/mvc_pt1
http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.1/#!/guide/mvc_pt2

Hi slemmon,
Thanks for the reply.
The links you provided are the ones asankaub was referring to and the ones that I had already seen.

As I said, I was looking for a more detailed mvc example that had a complex ui and behaviours, but it seems like there aren't any.

Cheers,
Jaimie
