Hi
Im looking for ways to improve performance of my UI.Iv developed admin panel with lot of forms but Im not satisfied with the time od loading forms,grids and ...

In this blog post Nige has listed a number of things that you can review in your app to help with performance:

Also, if you're using a grid are you loading all of the data up front resulting in a lot of rows? If so, you might use the bufferedrenderer plugin new to 4.2.

I have studied that blog many times. Some of the tips are useful, but performance with large forms is still very slow in IE7/IE8. Creating a simple form with 20 comboboxes will take 3-4s to render in IE7. The fact is that 4.x is slow, and Sencha has no solution.
