I'd like to use a textfield like a prepopulated label but also submit the prepopulated values.

Going off of a <a href="http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7927019/how-to-make-text-field-non-editable-in-sencha-touch" href="http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7927019/how-to-make-text-field-non-editable-in-sencha-touch">StackOverflow question</a> got me so far, but I'm not sure what to do next.<br>
<a href="http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.1/#!/api/Ext.form.field.Text">http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.1/#!/api/Ext.form.field.Text</a>&nbsp;does not actually have the placeholder and editable properties.<br><br><br>Thanks a lot for reading

It's not really clear what you're asking. Are you saying you want a read only text field? If so, there's a readOnly config you can use.

Oh my. I wasn't expecting that to show up.

What I was trying to do was grab the values in the title of a Panel that was styled in using something like

title: '<div id=\'some-id\'>a_value_I'm_storing</div>
<div id=\'some-id2\'>a_value_I'm_storing2</div>'

As you can see, I ended up selecting by that id and then calling divElementGottenFromQuerying.innerText

I'm fine with this problem now.
