REQUIRED INFORMATION

Ext version tested:

Ext 4.2 rev1
But you can test it in Fiddle against multiple versions
Browser versions tested against:

Chrome and FF, but again in Fiddle so testable in any browser
DOCTYPE tested against:

NA
Description:

The code declares a listen object that specifies that controller events should be listened to.
Steps to reproduce the problem:

Try preview, and the code runs correct, the controller event is picked and reported back via an alert
Try running the code in fiddler, and component and store events are picked up, but not the controller events
The result that was expected:

Alert as a result of the event handler
The result that occurs instead:

No triggering
Test Case:

Thanks, the same applies to global events. See test in fiddler code. I don't see why this shouldn't work.

InitController is extending Ext.Base. I don't think this is required, but probably is not causing any issues.

Ext.define('InitController', {
extend: 'Ext.Base',

This is Architect generated code. Supposed to be best practice.
