Hello everyone!
I spent a lot of time on this, but google wasn't able to help me this time.
I want something like this http://jsfiddle.net/existdissolve/wMcQk/ but for a grid.
So I need to know how to achieve next thing:
I have a grid, when user clicks on a cell, popup with fields must be showed.
For example, popup contains a datapicker and textfield, and button, when user clicks on button information stored in the cell.
All suggestions and ideas are welcome.
PS. Sorry for my english.

Not sure that this is even possible, but you'd have to start by getting the cell editing working:
http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.1/#!/api/Ext.grid.plugin.CellEditing

It won't be as easy as changing the xtype of the editor to formpanel, hopefully someone will post some further assistance.

I should have looked more closely at the code. You seem have much of what you need. I would start by setting the 'xtype' of the editor config to 'customeditorfield' and try to make it work for you. Start with fewer widgets to get the functionality working then add more. Good luck.
