Please i would like to integrate my Sencha mobile application with the tfl live bus api. I was given a link that shows the following

[4,"1.0",1378751478277] [1,"Brigstock Manor / Frant Road","250",1378752578000]

but i do not know how to use this or display this information on my mobile application. Please help. If you have video tutorials or instructions other than tfl's guide because i have looked at that please help.

It looks like the data is in array format... Do you have links to the API docs for this service?

Yes i do have links to the Transport for Lagos API docs. This link is for the live bus arrival API docs i would like to implement http://www.tfl.gov.uk/assets/downloads/businessandpartners/tfl-live-bus-and-river-bus-arrivals-api-documentation.pdf
and this link is where the data come from http://countdown.api.tfl.gov.uk/interfaces/ura/instant_V1 . I am totally confused on how to do this. I am new to this so please help.

Interesting that they elected to go with a custom format rather than JSON or a standard JS array notation. (They could have done this by putting a , after each ] and then wrapping the entire response with []'s).

They don't seem to have the ability to do JSON-P. You are going to have make this request on the server-side (or within a packaged app).
