Description:

Size of components inside window with scrollpanel is based on it's previous size, not on the current one.
Steps to reproduce the problem:

click the button and try resizing the window a few times
Test Case:
Ext.onReady(function () {
var btn = {xtype:'button', text: 'Click me', handler: function(){
var items = new Array();
for(var i = 0;i<10;i++) {
items.push({fieldLabel: 'First Name',
name: 'first',
allowBlank:false
});
}
Ext.create('Ext.window.Window', {
title: 'Hello',
height: 200,
width: 400,
autoScroll: true,
items: [{
xtype: 'form',
defaultType: 'textfield',
defaults: {
anchor: '100%'
},
bodyPadding: 5,
items: items
}]
}).show();
}};
Ext.create('Ext.Viewport', {
