REQUIRED INFORMATION

Ext version tested:

Ext 4.2.1

Browser versions tested against:

FF-23
IE-9

Description:

When 2 portlets are aligned vertically below each other such that vertical scroll bar present, In that case if portlet on lower bottom is resized then portlet at bottom gets overlapped on above one.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Open \ext-4.2.1.883\examples\portal\classes\Portlet.js
Make panel resizable by adding "resizable: true"
resizable: true,
Access following URL : /ext-4.2.1.883/examples/portal/portal.html
Resize "Grid Portlet" so that vertical scroll appears on portal(i.e. dashboard) as shown in following screen shot :

46525
Now scroll till the bottom of portal as show in following screen shot :

46526
Try to re-size "Portlet 2" at bottom as shown in following screen shot :

46527

The result that was expected:

"Portlet 2" should get resized properly without getting overlapped on top portlet (i.e. "Grid Portlet").

The result that occurs instead:

"Portlet 2" is getting overlapped on top portlet (i.e. "Grid Portlet").

Test Case:

/**
* @class Ext.app.Portlet
* @extends Ext.panel.Panel
* A {@link Ext.panel.Panel Panel} class that is managed by {@link Ext.app.PortalPanel}.
*/
Ext.define('Ext.app.Portlet', {
extend: 'Ext.panel.Panel',
alias: 'widget.portlet',
layout: 'fit',
anchor: '100%',
frame: true,
closable: true,
collapsible: true,
animCollapse: true,
resizable: true,
draggable: {
moveOnDrag: false
},
cls: 'x-portlet',

// Override Panel's default doClose to provide a custom fade out effect
// when a portlet is removed from the portal
doClose: function() {
if (!this.closing) {
this.closing = true;
this.el.animate({
opacity: 0,
callback: function(){
var closeAction = this.closeAction;
this.closing = false;
this.fireEvent('close', this);
this[closeAction]();
if (closeAction == 'hide') {
this.el.setOpacity(1);
}
},
scope: this
});
}
}
});
