Ext 4.2.1

Browser versions tested against:

DOCTYPE tested against:
Not applicable.

@mixin inner-border doesn't produce single box-shadow, when it is possible.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Create page with some easy-to-see box @include inner-border(2px, #0f0) for that box compile theme inspect box stylesheet rules

The result that was expected:
box-shadow: #0f0 0px 0px 0px 2px inset;

The result that occurs instead:
4 shadows.

The solution:
modify @function inner-border-usesingle-color, change condition to
($top == $right) and ($right == $bottom) and ($bottom == $left) modify @mixin inner-border the inclusion of single-box-shadow
@include single-box-shadow($color, $hoff, $voff, $blur, $spread, true); first argument name
