Hi,

I have a grid contains some cell editing plugins, what i want to do is to add a listener to capture when a user press special key for example Enter Key and then apply my logic. or make it acts as tab button pressed.

Thanks in advance,
Jamil Isayyed

You can listen for the specialkey (http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.1/#!/api/Ext.Editor-event-specialkey) event. Here's a Fiddle example:

This fiddle does not log the enter key event when I run it...

Are you testing on the Name column? For me an ENTER press is caught and logged.

but... in this case you are not using "cell editing plugin"...

As far as I can tell, the Fiddle example is using the CellEditing plugin.
