Is it possible to display summary totals in a dockedItem and, if so, how?

I am using summaryType and summaryRenderer and that works fine. However, it's preferable in this case to have the summary row displayed as a fixed footer that does not disappear with scrolling.

Note that I am using 4.0.7 and so adding dock:'bottom' to the features config does not work unfortunately.

The fiddle linked below illustrates what I'm trying to do.

Thanks.

I don't know of a way to do that without using dock: bottom as you mentioned. Thanks for posting code -- hopefully someone has dealt with this issue and can offer their solution.

There have been many updates to the grid since 4.0.7. Can I ask why you are hesitant to upgrade?

Thanks for your reply, Gary.

I have since decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to 4.2 Ran into some issues - no surprises there - but all seems stable now. The upgrade was scheduled to take place further down the project road map, hence the hesitation. Glad we took the plunge as it was just delaying the inevitable :-)

Thanks again for your response.
