Where do you see removeFromEnd()?

I saw it in ext-all-debug version of 4.1-beta

The code is:

removeFromEnd: function (string, removeString) {
if(string.substring(string.length - removeString.length, string.length) == removeString)
{
string = string.substring(0, string.length - removeString.length);
}
return string;
}

I want too know which method superseded by Extjs4.2.2 that cause to deprecated this method:)

Thanks

Hmm ... I do not see any signs (4.1.x beta/rc) .. you sure this is not a modified version?
Is this a private function, as I do not see any qualifiers.

The other option is to copy the function over or just use javascript substring() or slice() to remove the trailing chars from the string.

Thanks for your reply

yes I agree with you , I search on all of the version of the Extjs 4.x ,but I saw it in Ext-JS-4.1-Beta-1. I know the beta version is not a stable version.but it's really make a question for me why this method is deprecated?
