Hi Sencha,

About two weeks I posted a thread in the bugs section regarding something that can go wrong in a column chart. This is that thread:

However, after just one reply where a question was asked, I no longer received a reply from you despite giving more information regarding the issue.
I understand that many posts come in on this forum and that it is quite hard to support the whole thing, but personally I don't think it should happen that a thread is ignored after just one reply.
Because now I'm making another thread regarding the issue, which isn't necessary.

So from here I kindly ask to look into my problem to improve the products you make.

Sometimes reports do fall through. I have created a bug report on that thread.
