Selecting (activating) or placing a window on top of another doesn't change the z-index values like it used to do in 4.2.2. It remains hidden behind other windows.

This can be reproduced in the constraining window example available in the docs.

Ext 4.2.2 Window Variations Example (http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.2/extjs-build/examples/window/window.html)

Steps to reproduce:
Place the 'Header-Constrained Win' partially on top of the 'Constrained Window'.
Now select (click) the 'Constrained Window'.

Expected behavior: 'Constrained Window' is brought to the front.

Even if the 'Constrained Window' is dragged and placed on top of the other, it hides behind it.

The only to get around this problem is to listen to the activate event on the Window and explicitly call toFront().

What browser and OS are you seeing this on? Just testing with Chrome 34 on Mac and the constrained window was brought to the front.
