Hi,

We have an application that we want to demo to a client.
It works on IE8 with other clients, however with this one it fails.

I sent them the link to the kitchen sink demo and this also fails for them.
http://docs-origin.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.3/extjs-build/examples/build/KitchenSink/ext-theme-classic/#basic-panels

We have a simple login page that utilises jquery and they can login ok.
This leads me to assume they have javascript enabled and they can access the domain.

I've also got a list of their group policy settings. Replicating these onto an our IE8 laptop and the app and kitchen sink works ok.

I'm at a loss what to try next?
Below is the output from the error they sent back to us

Yeah, seems to work OK for me in IE8. Could something be filtering the file header just enough to break it, or be filtering some kind of file that causes the breakage? In which version of Windows are they seeing this?
