Hello,

I am working on a old project in ExtJs 4.1.1 where all the css have been hardcoded. I'm trying to use "uis" but i cannot find any consistent documentation concerning our environment. The project has been delivered with Sencha Cmd 4, but in the documentation of 4.1.1 i can only find reference to SDK Tools with the use of "sencha slice" tool. I read documentation and made some searches but themes seems to be handled differently from old versions to recent ones. The project is complex and a rewriting in a newer version will start in the next months, but at the moment we need to handle the current state.
So here my questions :
- do i need to use SDK tools or may i use Sencha Cmd to generate the uis slices? if i need sdk tools, where can i find a mac os x version considering that the link seems broken (http://www.sencha.com/products/sdk-tools/download/).
- in order to prepare the transition to ExtJs 5 is it possible to use the ExtJs5 tree to handle uis?

Best regards

Documentation regarding custom UI's can be found here (http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.1.1/#!/guide/theming-section-component-uis).

When you state that the project has been delivered with Sencha Cmd 4, do you mean that the application structure was initially created using Sencha Cmd 4?

Where in the ExtJs 4.1.1 documentation (http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.1.1/) are you reading about the SDK Tools and the "sencha slice" tool?

Thanks,
Brian
