Combo box picker is always showing on left corner in IE

Hi ,

I am working on combox and date picker. Picker view for both component is always showing on left corner in IE. It was working fine in chrome and firefox. I have tried the below solutions but did'nt get successfull. Kindly someone help on this issue.
