Hi all,

I am using Extjs4 and I have a HtmlEditor that I am using for composing emails stuff in my application. I have a signature embedded in my Email, so whenever the compose email page loads up, I get the signature pasted automatically in th HtmlEditor. Now the cursor in the editor is focussing at the end of signature and this happens only in IE browser. I want it to be focussed at the start of the signature or on top of the signature line. This is what I have currently.

if(!Ext.isEmpty(response.responseText)){
var data = Ext.decode(response.responseText);

if(email.signatureInEmails == 'Y' && email.signature != null){
me.emailBody.setValue('<br/>' + '<br/>' + email.signature);
me.emailBody.focus();
}
}

In firefox, the cursor comes in the line before the signature. I want the same behaviour in the IE as well. Can anyone give me any idea on how I can do this...

Thanks....

Looks like it's a bug (EXTJS-8389) which was fixed in 4.2.0. Are you seeing it in 4.2?
