Ext version tested:

Ext 4.2.2.1144
Browser versions tested against:

Firefox : 39
Google Chrome :Version 43.0.2357.132 m

Description:

If we have a border layout and add north center and south panels and then make the north and south panels re-sizable (split),and make the center and south panels collapsible.then if we re-size the north or south panels and then collapse the center panel the title of the panel will expand to and cover the whole panel area.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Re-size the south panel.
Collapse the center panel.

The result that was expected:

The middle panel should be collapsed with the normal panel header size.

The result that occurs instead:

The title of the center panel expand and cover the whole panel area.
If we click on the center panel header (not on the expand/collapse icon ) then the center panel title will be shown in the title of the south region.

I'm not seeing a specific bug ticket that targets this issue. This was likely resolved in an unrelated ticket. As of now, I don't have a workaround available.
