I am looking at Kitchen sink sample Form Fields > Form with Grid. (http://examples.sencha.com/extjs/6.0.0/examples/kitchensink/?profile=triton#form-grid)

Select the date (under Company Details > Last Updated).
Resize the window so that both horizontal and vertical bars are visible. Click on the date picker's trigger to select the date.
The date picker panel will be the only will be the only visible component. Clicking either a date or anywhere outside the month view will dismiss the datepicker and bring back the original panel.

OSX.10, Firefox 39.0, Safari 8.0.75298152982

Also confirmed on Windows 7.

I just checked ExtJS 5 Kitchen sick. The behavior of the date picker then was normal. See the Register form (http://dev.sencha.com/extjs/5.0.0/examples/kitchensink/#form-register)

Bug is always here in ExtJS 6.0.1. Just Resize the rigth panel in your example.

@ricoux63
This bug, as was described, is fixed: your one is another (similar but different) case.
I think it's better to open a new bug so that it can be tracked separately.
I've already opened it here:
